NORTH COAST GLAMPING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Contract
By making a booking with North Coast Glamping (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The lead guest making the booking confirms that they are over 18 years of age and have authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests included within the booking.
2. Accommodation
North Coast Glamping provides temporary glamping accommodation during the Isle of Man TT event period.
Bookings are for accommodation only unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments
Full payment or any agreed deposit is required at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment is not successfully received.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.
Guests must vacate their accommodation and any allocated parking areas by the published departure time.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Respect fellow guests, staff and local residents.
- Keep the accommodation and site facilities in good condition.
- Follow all site rules and safety instructions.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, illegal or disruptive without refund.
6. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
We reserve the right to recover the reasonable cost of repair, replacement or cleaning resulting from damage beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Liability
Guests use the site and facilities at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Our total liability in relation to any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, utility failures or event cancellation.
9. Event Changes
North Coast Glamping operates independently of the Isle of Man TT event organisers.
Changes, postponement or cancellation of the Isle of Man TT do not automatically entitle guests to a refund unless required under applicable consumer law or expressly stated within our cancellation policy.
10. Privacy
Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK.
